14 Day Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with the items and service you receive from us.

Your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt.

Exemptions and exceptions

We regret Made to Measure Items cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once the order has been accepted by us.

Mattresses that have been opened cannot be returned for reasons of health and hygiene.

How to return or exchange a product

You must notify us in writing within 14 working days of receipt if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, please outline your reasons for doing so.

We recommend that you return the goods in the original packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product before arrangements have been discussed directly with us.

We will process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 2 working days at the very latest from our receipt of acceptance of the cancelled goods, subject to compliance with our terms and conditions.
