Superfast Delivery
Our 24hr superfast delivery service is available on selected products.
These items can be identified as they include “Superfast Delivery
24hrs” on the product page. These items will usually be delivered
within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Unfortunately we cannot offer this service to remote areas of the
UK, the Scottish Highlands, Islands and any other postal code outside
Mainland UK.
Please note that superfast delivery orders must be placed before 11am
to guarantee a superfast delivery within the next 24 hours.
Express Delivery
Our 48hr express delivery service is available on selected products.
These items can be identified as they include “Express Delivery 48hrs”
on the product page. These items will usually be delivered within 2
days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Unfortunately we cannot offer this service to remote areas of the
UK, the Scottish Highlands, Islands and any other postal code outside
Mainland UK.
Please note that express orders must be placed before 11am to guarantee express delivery within the next 48 hours.
Online Tracking
The evening before your
chosen delivery day we will let you know your tracking number.
2 Man White Glove Delivery Service
As an added bonus, larger items such as a divan set can usually be delivered to the room of your choice. Please measure
doorways, hallways and staircases prior to delivery to make sure your
products will fit. This service is not available on items marked as
Superfast or Express delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot
offer this service to remote areas of the UK, the Scottish Highlands and
Islands and any other postal code outside Mainland UK.
Call Ahead Service
Approximately 5 days before your
delivery we will let you know your expected delivery time slot. On your
chosen delivery day, our drivers should phone ahead before they arrive.
Please note that all items require a signature as proof of delivery
